Safety

HERO Matchmaker is for adults 18 and older. Meet in public, tell a friend, and never send money.

Block someone from a match or a thread when you want that conversation hidden. Unblock them from Settings if you want the match and its messages back. Blocking does not delete a match or a message. You can also report a member from the same menu.

House rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. Protection of minors is in our Child Safety Standards.

Member support is support@heromatchmaker.com.
