Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is part of the Terms of Use. It applies to everyone who visits or uses HERO Matchmaker, including profiles, photos, bios, likes, and messages. We may remove content, suspend an account, or close it if you break this policy.

Age

You must be 18 or older. Do not create an account for anyone under 18. Do not post photos, bios, or messages that depict or involve anyone under 18. We will delete those accounts.

Illegal acts

Do not use this site for any illegal act. Do not plan, promote, or assist crime here. We will remove that activity and may report it.

Prohibited content and behavior

You may not post, send, request, or use the site for:

• Sexually explicit profile content, including nude or pornographic photos and graphic sexual text on a profile
• Child sexual exploitation or abuse, including any sexual content involving a minor
• Sexual violence
• Non-consensual content, including images or messages shared without the person’s consent
• Facilitation of human or sex trafficking
• Scam activity intended to defraud members or other users of the platform, including romance scams, fake investment pitches, and asking for money or passwords
• Hate, harassment, threats, or doxxing
• Impersonation, fake ages, or stolen photos
• Spam, scraping, or using the site as a storefront

What happens if you break this

We may refuse, remove, restrict, suspend, or close access, with or without notice. CSAE and CSAM are handled under our Child Safety Standards. Other serious harm may be reported to law enforcement.

How to report

Use Contact Us. Set the subject to “AUP report.” Include the profile name or a description of what you saw.
